HOW TO BOOK: ALL CLIENTS

* I am only taking clients that are wanting nail art, no basic sets at the moment. This includes returning clients (I have not serviced in over 4 months).

I am currently home-based therefore you must have a referral in order to book an appointment. A referral would be from someone I am servicing or have serviced before or someone I know personally. Please include your referral's Instagram name and/or their first and last name in your message. I will not reply to your message if you do not have a referral.

New clients must come in with bare nails - absolutely nothing on your nail plate, completely free of any product. I only work on and remove my work.

 

Booking is through Instagram ONLY.

Before sending a message to my Instagram, please read my policies, services, and pricing. You are responsible for reading the entirety of my website and by messaging for an appointment, you have read and agreed to my policies.


Located in my bio on Instagram, 

join my broadcasting channel on Instagram called "Rosie's Nail Club!" or you can check my "Availability" highlight. Monthly schedule, any last-minute availabilities/cancellations, nail model calls, and any other news and updates will be posted to my broadcasting channel. My workdays are Tuesday - Saturday. I offer after-hour appointments for an additional $30 fee starting at 5pm and later. I offer off-day appointments for an additional $50 fee from 8am - 9am Sunday and Monday.

POLICIES - PLEASE READ

- NO RESTROOM USE AVAILABLE

I have a basement nail studio where you'll enter straight into my nail room without having to enter through my home. I have two dogs that will be upstairs during all appointments therefore no public restroom use will be available. Please use the restroom before arriving to your appointment. Appointments can last the entire two hours or longer depending on your nail service & nail art.


* The closest public restroom is a QuikTrip gas station which is 3 minutes away from my location. *

- ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Deposits are made via Zelle or Venmo. Remaining balance can be paid in Zelle, Venmo, or cash; please bring exact change. I do not take Apple Pay or Cash app.

- $30 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required via Zelle or Venmo within one hour after I have confirmed your desired appointment date/time. Your deposit will go towards your overall total.

No deposit means no appointment.


  • Once I have confirmed your appointment, I will send my Zelle and/or Venmo. Please DO NOT contact me by any means via my personal number unless it's an emergency. Any contact must be made through Instagram message.
  • Please note when sending deposit payment, put "for gas" "for food" "for groceries" or random emojis. DO NOT put "deposit" or "nail appointment" or "date of nail appointment."

- NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED

The person receiving service is the only person allowed in my space.

- NO FOREIGN NAIL REMOVALS*

TO ALL MY CLIENTS - REGULAR, RETURNING, AND NEW CLIENTS

I only remove nails that were previously done by me. Some techs mix nail products, & it may take a long time to remove from the nail plate therefore I don't remove any nail work that isn't mine.

 * Please also note that I do not offer removals for Saturday appointments, after-hour appointments, & off-day appointments including nails that I've serviced. *

- 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD

A $10 late fee will be added to your overall total after the 10-minute grace period has ended. After 15 minutes, your deposit is forfeited, & you will need to reschedule a NEW appointment. Please be on time & plan your trip accordingly. If you happen to be running late, please notify me. Communication is important. No call, no shows will be banned from booking. My late policy still stands for after-hour appointments & off-day appointments. No exceptions. 

- RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATION

  • Appointments can be rescheduled ONCE at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you are needing to reschedule the same appointment for a second time, a new deposit is required. No exceptions.


  • If canceling/rescheduling WITHIN 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will not lose your deposit - it will roll over to your next scheduled appointment. YOU must reschedule within TWO WEEKS from your original appointment date for the deposit to roll over. You are responsible for rescheduling your appointment.


Cancellations/rescheduling/no-shows that are notified LESS than 24 hours (for whatever reason) of scheduled appointment time will result in forfeit of deposit. This includes after-hour appointments and off-day appointments! A new deposit is required to book again - no exceptions. This is how I pay my bills and by cancelling or rescheduling your appointment last minute due to whatever reason, I'm losing out and so is another client. Thank you for understanding!
